Factory is seeking a Software Engineer to build reliable, high‑impact products at the frontier of AI and software development. You will own projects from idea to production, collaborate closely with product and design, and help define the technical foundations of Factory’s platform.

This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in a fast‑moving environment, enjoys solving complex technical problems, and wants to shape how the world’s leading engineering organizations build software.

Formación

• Experience building and operating production software.
• Strong programming fundamentals and system design judgment.
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages.
• Experience working with databases, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems.
• Ability to take ownership and deliver high-quality work with limited oversight.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements.
• Interest in AI, developer tools, or the future of software engineering.
