Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with enterprise applications and development teams.
• Hands-on development experience using C#/.NET.
• Experience applying AI-assisted development tools, automated code analysis, and agent-driven workflows.
• Knowledge of AI engineering frameworks and large language model technologies.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable, reliable software solutions.
• Experience improving software quality, resiliency, performance, and operational excellence.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled development tools and automated code analysis to identify and remediate defects and technical debt.
• Strong knowledge of application architecture, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and modernization practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives from problem identification through production deployment.
• Strong collaboration, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Partnering closely with engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders, you will lead initiatives that identify and remediate software defects, technical debt, and reliability risks while accelerating modernization and delivery outcomes. This individual contributor role combines strategic technical leadership with hands‑on engineering expertise, requiring strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, collaboration, and adaptability to translate software analysis into scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value. Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership of enterprise applications and development teams
