Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking an engineering leader to oversee Salesforce development, CI/CD, and full‑stack and automation test teams. You will collaborate with product owners to deliver cloud-based solutions and maintain robust production systems.

Responsibilities include change and release management, DevOps, operational readiness, incident resolution, budget planning, and cross‑shore team leadership. Hybrid work arrangements apply, with a focus on delivering secure, high‑quality healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with 4 years of experience.
• Experience with Scrum and Kanban agile methodologies.
• Experience reviewing business requirements and recommending technology solutions and architecture design.
• Experience developing APIs, data models, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams; and
• Using: SQL, Cloud/VM infrastructure and technologies, Modern IDEs, Version Control Systems, OAuth, Salesforce, Pega, Siebel, NIST, and HITRUST CSF.

• Measure, monitor, and ensure the health of production systems.
• Ensure healthcare information security best practice controls are in place and adhere to HIPAA utilizing a common control framework (i.e. NIST, HITRUST CSF).
• Support off-hour releases as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires experience with: Using agile methodologies using Scrum and Kanban;


• Reviewing new business requirements and recommending technology solutions and architecture design;


• Developing APIs, data models, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams; and


• Using: SQL, Cloud/VM infrastructure and technologies, Modern IDEs, Version Control Systems, OAuth, Salesforce, Pega, Siebel, NIST, and HITRUST CSF.
