What You’ll Do

As an Engineering Manager within Cartus, you will be part of our Product & Technology organization, focusing on our Foundational services team. This team is evolving from implementing critical authentication system upgrades to addressing core infrastructure and architectural needs. You will guide the team's development, balancing project deliverables with improvements in frameworks, architecture, and technical infrastructure to support our broader ecosystem.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years leading client-facing software teams as an Engineering Manager.
• 10+ years as a Software Engineer.
• Expertise with SQL and Non-SQL systems.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, NodeJS, Typescript.
• Experience with AWS and Azure cloud providers.
• Proven leadership in mentoring and fostering inclusive teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Desired Qualifications

• Knowledge of TFS and Gitlab.
• Experience with Angular.
• Familiarity with AI models and tools, with at least one AI-driven business initiative.
• Experience in technology modernization and migration projects.
• Remote work experience with global teams across time zones.
• Background in agile methodologies and project management.
