Accountabilities:

• Lead and mentor engineering teams, ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects
• Collaborate with product management, design, and other stakeholders to align engineering goals with business needs
• Manage engineering resources to deliver software features on time and to specification
• Ensure high-quality code through regular reviews, testing, and performance analysis
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflows and increase automation
• Oversee the creation of technical documentation, including designs for components and APIs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
• Previous experience as an Engineering Manager or Team Lead, with a track record of building, mentoring, and guiding teams
• Solid experience in Frontend Engineering, especially with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript practices
• Expertise in data structures, algorithms, and software architecture
• Strong understanding of scalability, security, and performance best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate discussions, debate, and idea-sharing across teams
