Position Overview

The Software Engineering Manager will lead a team responsible for designing and delivering a next-generation marketing automation ecosystem, leveraging data for AI and automation tools. This role involves managing, mentoring, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver innovative features.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership, balancing impact and architectural alignment.
• Define and analyze requirements for design feasibility within constraints.
• Estimate timelines, manage risks, and adapt to changing requirements.
• Communicate and coordinate with teams and leadership.
• Develop and communicate a product roadmap.
• Report progress using data insights.
• Delegate tasks and manage team workload.
• Improve agile processes and mitigate technical debt.

Compensation

Salary range: $151,300 to $272,400, plus incentive compensation. Benefits include health, wellness, and paid time off.
