I’m working with a long-time mid-size SaaS client (high growth + PE backed) to bring on a remote Engineering Manager. They are looking for someone who has climbed the technical ranks and has at least a couple of years of experience as a Software Engineering Manager or Lead Engineer over a product team building web-based applications. If you are a servant leader and strong communicator with experience in people, process, and technology management, we should connect.
