Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 10–12 years of related experience or a Master's with 8–10 years.
• 5+ years in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and coordinates software activities for NAVAIR mission systems.
• Leads programs related to SW development, test, and sustainment.
• Allocates projects and resources with architects and managers.
• Participates in strategic decisions on technology and architecture.
• Monitors and improves software architectures and modernization efforts.
• Directs staffing decisions and project communications for status and variances.
