Johnson Health Tech is seeking an Engineering Manager – Software Team to lead a skilled group of engineers in developing firmware, console software, and new technologies for fitness equipment. You will partner with product marketing, UX/UI, web development, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate has strong technical depth in C++, C#, Java, and scripting languages, plus 5+ years of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of object-oriented programming in C++, C#, or Java; UI based app development.
• 5 years of experience with testing, documentation, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering teams across global development efforts.
• Coordinate with R&D, PMs, QA, UX/UI, and design teams to deliver results.
• Establish processes, standards, and best practices for development lifecycle.
• Oversee resource planning, milestones, and international collaboration.
• Mentor engineers and drive KPI achievement.
