The Engineering Manager – Software Team coordinates and participates in the development of projects for new technology, console software, and firmware. Leads a team of Software Engineers and Developers to enhance the functionality of our fitness equipment while partnering with Project Engineering, Product Marketing, Graphical UX/UI, Web Development, and Design Quality Assurance teams. Leading by example, the ideal candidate will leverage sound technical knowledge to improve products and processes while guiding and inspiring team members. This position will require working on-site. The employee must be able to maintain concentration in a variety of work environments and sustain attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
