Software Engineering Manager, Infrastructure

Software Engineering Managers are clearly characterized by progressive technical experience and demonstrated progression in management responsibility.

Responsibilities:

1. Be both highly technical, hands-on coder and an effective people manager.
2. Communicate across functions and drive engineering initiatives.
3. Participate in technical design.
4. Be a subject matter expert in the infrastructure domain.
5. Define and influence product strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of software engineering work experience, including hands-on technical management.
2. 5+ years experience coding in one of the following languages: C++, Java, Python and/or PHP.
3. Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management.
4. BA/BS in Computer Science (In lieu of degree, 4+ years work experience).

$177,000/year to $251,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
