The US base salary range for this full-time position is $197,000-$291,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Manage a high performing team of software engineers.
• Provide technical guidance to the team as they design, develop, integrate and test the features for BeyondBackendBackbone (B4) availability, scaling, NPIs.
• Prioritize work and ensure that incremental progress is made even if the problems at hand are difficult to solve in a short period of time.
• Help team members and partner teams understand the broader context, and solve the right problems at the right time.
• Be comfortable with changes in the execution plan if they are enabling the right impact for Google.
