Job description

Minimum qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
2. 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
3. 5 years of experience with state-of-the-art GenAI techniques (e.g., LLMs, Multi-Modal, Large Vision Models) or related concepts (language modeling, computer vision).
4. 3 years in a technical leadership role overseeing projects, with at least 2 years in people management or team leadership.
5. Experience in developing and deploying AI solutions for enterprise applications.

Preferred qualifications:

1. Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
2. 3 years of experience working in a multiplex organization.
3. Understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and software architecture.

The role involves managing teams across multiple locations, overseeing large-scale projects, and contributing to product strategy.
