Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems engineering or relevant field preferred.
• Experience leading software engineering teams in agile environments.
• Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop software engineering teams delivering scalable, secure digital platforms.
• Own engineering execution across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms with product partners.
• Drive architecture decisions, modern practices, CI/CD, and observability to production readiness.
• Promote agile planning, backlog refinement, and predictable delivery with stakeholders.
• Manage delivery risks, remove impediments, and improve engineering KPIs.
