Groundworks, North America's leading foundation repair and water management specialist, is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering in Irving, Texas. You will lead a team delivering web and mobile apps, partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to architect scalable solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of leadership in software teams, strong full-stack knowledge, and a proven track record in delivery, mentoring, and driving engineering excellence.

• 5+ years of experience leading high-performing software engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional engineering teams delivering customer-facing web, mobile, eCommerce, and enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to build, coach, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering talent.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across Product, Architecture, UX, Operations, Security, and executive leadership.

• Lead, coach, and develop one or more software engineering teams responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality digital products and platforms.
• Delivery management of strategic initiatives across web, mobile, customer experience, and enterprise platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance; promote modern engineering practices including CI/CD and observability.
• Champion Agile methodologies and engineering excellence; drive backlogs, estimates, and iterative delivery.

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of Software engineers to deliver high-powered, cutting-edge web and native mobile applications. and organizational issues.Technical LeadershipProvide technical leadership and architectural guidance while empowering engineering teams to make sound technical decisions.Drive adoption of modern software engineering practices including modular architecture, API-first design, cloud-native development, automated testing, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and observability.Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.Lead technical design reviews and support modernization initiatives that reduce technical debt and improve platform reliability.Agile & Engineering ExcellenceChampion Agile software development methodologies and engineering best practices.Coach teams on effective backlog refinement, estimation, sprint planning, and iterative
