Job summary

You will mentor engineers, manage multiple projects in Agile/SAFe, collaborate across TODD, and drive regulatory compliance, risk management, and quality across the engineering function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; eight years of relevant experience, including supervisory/managerial capacity.
• Experience leading Software Engineering teams in a large-scale enterprise technology environment.
• Experience in Agile or SAFe frameworks and cross-functional collaboration across TODD.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of system design, development, deployment, acquisition, and ongoing maintenance for all application systems within areas of responsibility.
• Serves as primary technology contact for senior management to develop technology solutions that improve efficiency and enable business opportunities.
• Creates and refines operational processes to ensure regulatory and audit compliance.
• Leads inter-disciplinary planning, design, development, and verification of system solutions.
• Ensures risk controls are designed, implemented, and monitored across changes to processes and systems.
