As an engineering manager at Canonical, you need a solid technical background and the ability to run effective teams, develop engineers, and influence company culture positively. Your responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and developing engineers, facilitating technical delivery, and collaborating on strategy and execution.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading successful engineering teams, solving distributed systems challenges, and deep Linux knowledge.
