Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.

Opportunity Overview

Teradyne is seeking a Technical Software Engineering Manager I to lead a small team of software engineers within the Compute Software Solutions organization located in Agoura Hills, California. This leader will be responsible for managing approximately 4-5 engineers while remaining closely engaged in technical execution, software architecture discussions, project planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day leadership for software development activities supporting compute and automation solutions. This role requires balancing people leadership, technical guidance, and operational execution to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs.

Required Qualifications

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is$165,700-$265,200.This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
