Shield AI is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead the X-BAT Hardware Test Software team. You will guide a group of engineers building automated production test stands for avionics and aircraft electrical assemblies.

You will own the tech roadmap for test stands, reusable frameworks, and data systems, and build scalable Python-based software for sequencing, control, data acquisition, and reporting.

Formación

• 5+ years in software engineering, test automation, embedded systems, or similar fields.
• 2+ years leading software, test, or hardware-integration engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead software engineers for X-BAT avionics production test.
• Own technical roadmap for automated test stands and data systems.
• Build Python-based test sequencing, instrument control, data collection, pass/fail evaluation.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and FPGA teams for reliable production testing.
