What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead two core Ads Manager teams to deliver high-quality advertiser experiences across various functions
- Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for a broad portfolio of web-based products
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and engineering teams to align priorities and deliver cohesive solutions
- Drive engineering excellence and establish SLAs and operational KPIs for advertiser-facing systems
- Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience in large-scale web applications or platforms
- 3+ years of engineering management experience leading multiple teams or a team of 10+ engineers
- Proven track record in shipping B2B or enterprise self-serve products end-to-end
- Hands-on technical leadership with modern web stacks, including front-end and backend technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in ads technology, retail media, or marketing platforms managing significant advertiser spend
- Background in experimentation and optimization systems, including A/B testing and ML-driven recommendations
- Experience building tools for self-serve enterprise users in campaign management and reporting
- Success in scaling teams and mentoring other managers
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities while maintaining a strong customer focus
