U.S. Bank is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for delivering innovative Internet and Electronic Payment solutions. This leader will drive engineering excellence across digital payment platforms, modernize payment capabilities, and partner with product, architecture, security, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure payment experiences.
The ideal candidate possesses strong people leadership skills, experience managing enterprise engineering teams, and expertise developing distributed applications and payment technologies within highly regulated environments.
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $124,355.00 - $146,300.00
