Role Overview

The Engineering Manager will:

• Lead high-performing engineering teams with successful experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments for 3+ years
• Possess extensive technical expertise spanning 10+ years, combining hands-on problem solving with strategic leadership
• Excel in talent management by attracting, developing, and retaining top engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability

This role requires presence in San Francisco two days per week.
