As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead full‑stack engineering pods responsible for building the product surfaces that bring our marketplace together—campaign management, unified dashboards, audience tooling, and low‑latency supply/demand APIs. You will partner directly with Product Management, Design, and Engineering Directors to align roadmaps, drive high‑throughput backend architecture, and maintain operational health across a polyglot stack. While this is primarily a people and delivery leadership role, a strong background in low‑latency systems, algorithmic problem‑solving, and scalable web surfaces is essential for technical coaching and system design oversight.
