What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop moderately complex code using front and back-end programming languages in collaboration with business and technology teams
- Analyze existing applications and formulate logic for new applications, including coding and debugging
- Participate in client-facing meetings and vendor partnership discussions to determine solution approaches
- Advise leadership on the design and enforcement of application standards, ensuring compliance with PCI security
- Assist in on-the-job training and provide expertise to software engineers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business/Management Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in coding, designing, developing, and analyzing data
- Advanced knowledge of two or more front/back-end programming languages and experience with various APIs
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, with a requirement for Oracle and .NET technologies
- Experience with development tools such as Eclipse and Visual Studio

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 8+ years of professional experience in coding, designing, developing, and analyzing data
- Experience with IBM Rational Tools
- Familiarity with web frameworks such as Node.js, React.js, and Angular
- Experience in cloud technologies, particularly Azure
- Strong understanding of job complexity and the ability to resolve complex issues creatively
