Job summary

TELUS Digital is offering a paid summer internship in Columbus, OH (also in Charlottesville, VA or Durham, NC). You’ll work 40 hours a week for about 11 weeks, collaborating with engineers, researchers, and designers on real client projects.

You’ll receive one-on-one mentoring from full-time team members, gain hands-on experience with mobile and web development (Swift, Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, JavaScript), and have chances to contribute ideas in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Plan to graduate Fall/Winter 2027 or later.
• Experience with mobile or web development (Swift, Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, JavaScript).
• Completed a mobile or web project in school or spare time.
• Interest or experience integrating AI technology into development.
• Self-starter who embraces new technologies.
• Intellectually curious and enjoys exploring platform differences.

Location & Flexibility

Ourinternsare integral parts of our teams at TELUS Digital. To help retain our deep culture of collaboration, our interns maintain an in-office presence in a hybrid capacity (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays). This role can be located in Columbus, OH, Charlottesville, VA, or Durham, NC.

We’ll have you with us full-time (think 40 hours a week for approx. 11 weeks) and yes, it is definitely paid. Not a bad gig, right?
