Location & Flexibility

Ourinternsare integral parts of our teams at TELUS Digital. To help retain our deep culture of collaboration, our interns maintain an in-office presence in a hybrid capacity (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays). This role can be located in Columbus, OH.

The Opportunity

Our summer internship program gives current students the chance to make an impact by contributing ideas and adding a fresh perspective to real client projects. And just to make sure you’re advancing in your craft, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to spend time with team members in your discipline to discuss the latest trends in tech, all while having a 1-on-1 mentor relationship with an experienced Product Lead.

As a Product Analyst Intern, you’ll play a central role in defining and delivering world-class products. The Product Analyst uncovers the “why” and works closely with engineering teams to successfully bring our partner’s visions to life. You’ll follow products through implementation, managing requirements, and working with design, development teams, and clients to keep development aligned with product goals.

Your Background
  • You have plans to graduate in Fall/Winter 2027 or later

  • An understanding of the software development life-cycle (SDLC) and experience working on software development projects

  • Demonstrated ability to champion projects from beginning through implementation

  • Have familiarity with AI tools or have used AI tools to streamline workflows

  • Ability to communicate clearly and rally teams and individuals around a vision

  • Strong documentation and technical writing skills

  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of team members and stakeholders from different backgrounds

  • Self-starter who takes initiative in solving problems and can self-manage commitments and deadlines

  • Ability to approach complex problems with a critical thinking and solutions-oriented mindset

  • You’re majoring in a technical concentration or have a strong interest in technology

  • An eye for detail and a desire to document everything
