Job summary

Stie Yai is seeking an internship opportunity for students pursuing degrees in software engineering, computer science, or related STEM fields. The role involves contributing to software development, testing, and prototype demonstrations while collaborating with a global team across time zones.

The program emphasizes learning operational planning, cost-value tradeoffs, and gaining experience with languages like C/C++, Ada, HTML, JavaScript, and Python in Windows and Unix/Linux environments.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM field, and actively enrolled through the internship/co-op session.
• Have completed a minimum of 60 credit hours by the start of the internship/co-op session.
• Experience may be gained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
• AGILE development experience is a plus.
• Ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance (classified as a US Person).

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Have completed a minimum of 60 credit hours by the start of the internship/co-op session.
• Experience may be gained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
• Preferred experience includes programming in C/C++, Ada, HTML, JavaScript, and/or Python.
• Familiarity with Windows and Unix/Linux development environments.
• Experience in software integration, testing, and debugging source code.
• AGILE development experience is a plus.
• Ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance (classified as a US Person).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $37,000 to $82,000 USD, dependent on experience, role, location, education, and skills.
