Job summary

Stryker is offering a Software Engineering internship across multiple teams (AQE, PQE, SQE, Quality, and R&D). You will apply classroom knowledge to real projects, gain mentorship from leaders, and develop skills in CAD, testing, and manufacturing that impact medical technologies.

You must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, maintain a 3.0 GPA, be eligible to work in the U.S., and demonstrate collaboration, problem-solving, and communication.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist AQE on engineering projects for new product development.
• Support PQE with root cause analysis and process improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers in SQE and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to quality system processes and design verification.
• Participate in test labs, manufacturing support, and lean initiatives.
