Qualifications

• Sophomore-level coursework towards a bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, engineering, or related field.
• Coursework in high-level programming languages such as C#, Java or Python.
• Experience in JavaScript; C#.NET or similar programming experience is a plus.
• Coursework in key programming languages and data structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and maintain professional composure.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Enthusiastic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Participate in IT projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Complete assignments that assist the department in its mission while helping the intern learn more about the corporate environment.
• Learn about insurance, the industry workflow, and various divisions within the organization as assigned during the internship.
• Gain analytical, technical, and decision‑making skills through formal and informal learning opportunities.
• Complete all assigned training satisfactorily.
• Network with leaders, experienced teammates, and other interns to develop lasting professional connections.
• Receive formal and informal feedback throughout the program.
