Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or having achieved a bachelor’s degree in engineering (or engineering technology) by June 2027.
• Ability to work in the U.S. on a full‑time, permanent basis without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Co-ops work on software development, automation systems, data analysis, and industrial applications.
• Participate in Immersion Day at our Cleveland, OH headquarters during one of your first weeks; Lincoln Electric provides travel arrangements.
• Engage in hands‑on training and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, test, and optimize software solutions.
