The Ads Measurement team builds systems that enable advertisers on Netflix to quantify campaign outcomes. Leveraging Netflix innovations and first‑party solutions, we help deliver ads that respect the viewing experience while driving impactful results. We empower advertisers to effectively measure and analyze campaign outcomes.
Design, build, and maintain 0‑to‑1 conversion attribution systems in a privacy‑safe manner while navigating signal loss from third‑party cookie limitations. Develop advanced conversion attribution modeling approaches and methodologies. Work with modern cloud‑based applications and object‑oriented programming languages. Engage with cross‑functional teams to communicate and negotiate solutions, and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience building 0‑to‑1 conversion attribution systems in a privacy‑safe way. Experience with advanced conversion attribution modeling approaches and methodologies. Broad knowledge of ad tech and advertising landscape, programmatic advertising, and digital marketing trends. Developed many cloud‑based applications and comfortable with modern programming languages (preferably object‑oriented). Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
The range for this role is $388,000.00 - $558,000.00.
