Campaign Automation team:

The Campaign Automation team is responsible for developing and evolving clients acquisition. It consists of a marketing communications solution and a referral program management solution. The quality of these solutions determines client acquisition costs for the whole company.

We focus on building a responsive, high-performance, and visually appealing interface. Our responsibilities include landing page and back-office development, platform integrations, running A/B tests, and implementing acquisition-specific features.

• Contributing to the platform solution by developing and maintaining optimized, high-quality product features
• Be responsible for a smooth user experience - internal and external products
• Running numerous A/B experiments to enhance user experience and drive business results
• Working closely with designers, product managers, and engineers in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Working with business requirements and having the opportunity to influence the final product

What makes you a great fit:

• Deep knowledge of React and Angular, including a strong understanding of React fundamentals such as components, hooks, state management, and JSX, as well as core Angular concepts like components, directives, services, and modules. Experience with modern frontend technologies and a solid grasp of web application architecture are essential
• Relevant experience of testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Experience with building frontend features according to specifications based on design mockups
• Knowledge of Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) for optimizing web performance
• Hands-on experience with monorepo architecture and tooling, such as Nx, or similar solutions
• B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines configuration
• Understanding of service-to-service communication, API design, and handling authentication & authorization
• Familiarity with DevOps principles & instruments (Docker, Kubernetes)
