The mission of Speechify is to make sure that reading is never a barrier to learning.

Over 30 million people use Speechify's text-to-speech products to turn PDFs, books, Google Docs, news articles, and websites into audio, enabling faster reading, more reading, and better retention. Speechify's products include its iOS app, Android app, Mac app, Chrome extension, and Web app. Recently, Google named Speechify the Chrome Extension of the Year, and Apple named it its App of the Day.

Today, nearly 200 people worldwide work remotely for Speechify, which has no physical office. Our team includes frontend and backend engineers, AI research scientists, and professionals from Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Stanford, Stripe, Vercel, Bolt, and other startups and entrepreneurs.

This is a key role suited for someone who thinks strategically, thrives in fast-paced environments, is passionate about product decisions, and has experience creating engaging user experiences.

Compensation: US base salary ranges from $140,000 to $200,000 plus bonus and equity, depending on experience.
