SynergisticIT is seeking a motivated Software Engineer to contribute to design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications. You will work with project stakeholders and teams to understand requirements, implement features, troubleshoot issues, and improve quality.

Assignments may involve backend services, web apps, databases, cloud platforms, or data-focused systems. The role emphasizes problem solving, learning new technologies, and collaboration to deliver reliable solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IT/Engineering.
• Solid understanding of programming fundamentals, OOD, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, or C# is an advantage; familiarity with Git and SQL.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software components per requirements and engineering practices.
• Clarify business needs, break down problems, and propose practical implementation options.
• Write readable, maintainable code and follow coding standards; participate in code reviews.
• Create and execute unit tests, assist with integration testing, and troubleshoot defects.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, analysts, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC; document progress and risks.
