TITLE: Software Engineer VI (Multiple Openings)

Job Summary

Develop, modify, enhance, and implement front-end technologies to support new or existing business initiatives for ecommerce applications. Handle web development tasks including building services, system interfaces, and user interfaces for customer and agent ordering experiences, utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Use modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js for front-end development, and Node.js or Java for backend services. Collaborate with backend API web services to integrate back-office systems with front-end applications, utilizing Java (JDK 1.8 and above). Develop and enhance internal Content Management Systems (CMS). Lead other developers and identify improvements to code quality for better application performance. Identify and implement architecture enhancements, including on-premises setup of Apache plug-ins. Develop applications following best coding practices to meet accessibility, PCI standards, security, and analytics requirements. Understand business end-to-end domain and requirements. Facilitate production deployment and lead code reviews. Provide technical solutions translating user needs and business requirements into high-level and detailed designs, solutions, and specifications. Seek opportunities to automate processes and functions. Manage version control and code collaboration using Git, ensuring continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or BitBucket. Maintain code integrity, optimize performance, and implement security best practices. Use AWS and AEM clouds for infrastructure management, and leverage Docker and Kubernetes for efficient deployment. Promote agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban to drive project progress and deliver value. Engage with projects across Marketing, Offer Management, Ordering, Billing, Product, Customer Operations, and Sales Activation.

Education and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. At least 4 years of experience in front-end web development utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with Adobe Experience Management and Target for CMS development; Java (JDK 1.8 or above) for backend development; and front-end frameworks like React, Redux, or Angular. Minimum 3 years of experience developing large-scale user interfaces for Fortune 100 companies. At least 2 years of experience with on-premises setup and Apache plug-ins such as Jackrabbit, Maven, Jenkins, or VSC Eclipse. 1 year of experience establishing CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, and BitBucket. A hybrid work arrangement (in-office and remote) is available.
