Software Engineer VI-Lead Salesforce Developer

Our goal in the Software Development Information Technology organization is to help Spectrum succeed by securely and rapidly delivering the best and most efficient technology in support of our business. We do this through a mix of delivery teams, operations functions, and corporate shared services like Architecture, End-to-End Test and Security.

BE PART OF THE CONNECTION

The Software Engineer VI will work with technical teams to create software solutions that use prevailing technologies and improve the customers’ experience while adhering to business and technical requirements. Develop, modify, enhance, and implement software systems designed to support business initiatives.

Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting efforts to enhance the customer experience.
  • Designing dependent systems, APIs, data stores, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Developing new functionality independently.
  • Analyzing and evaluating products, maintaining industry knowledge.
  • Leading triage of defects and critical issues.
  • Collaborating across teams and mentoring junior developers.
  • Enforcing coding standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
  • 4-6+ years of experience in database management, software development, and methodologies.
  • BA/BS in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of major programming languages, APIs, containerization, and cloud-native development.
Preferred Qualifications include:
  • Experience with Salesforce development tools like Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and APIs.
  • Project management skills, code quality enforcement, and stakeholder communication.
