As a Cloud Infrastructure / Site Reliability Engineer, you will operate at the intersection of development and operations. You will engage and enhance all aspects of the cloud services lifecycle from design through deployment, operation, and refinement. You will be responsible for maintaining services by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health, and building automation for efficient cloud operations management. You will play a crucial role in sustainably scaling systems through automation and driving reliability and velocity improvements. You will administer cloud-based environments supporting our SaaS/IaaS offerings on a microservices, container‑based architecture (Kubernetes). You will oversee a portfolio of customer‑centric cloud services, ensuring availability, performance, and security. The role includes a rotation‑based on‑call schedule as part of our global team.
The target salary range is $147,900 – $220,000 USD, adjusted for location, qualifications, experience, and education. Compensation packages are competitive and include a comprehensive benefits package covering health, life, retirement or pension plans, paid time off, leave options, performance‑based incentives, stock purchase plans, and restricted stock units, subject to regional variations and regulations.
