Role Responsibilities

Training support will be provided.

• Write and review comprehensive unit test suites for complex, production-grade Go codebases supporting robust software quality in advanced AI systems.
• Collaborate directly with AI researchers from world-class labs, contributing to open-source codebases essential for language model development.
• Work asynchronously with full schedule flexibility, committing 15–40 hours per week based on availability and performance.

Ideal Qualifications

• Strong professional experience developing with Go, including writing and maintaining unit tests.
• Demonstrated open-source contributions to complex projects.
• Comfortable working in Dockerized environments and using containerization tools for software delivery.
• Experience with other programming languages such as Python, Java, or TypeScript is a plus.
