Acclaim Technical Services (ATS) is seeking a Software Engineer with TS/SCI w/ Poly to design, develop, and support mission‑critical Point‑of‑Entry systems worldwide from Reston, VA. The ideal candidate holds a relevant B.S.

in engineering and has at least 2 years of SWE experience performing duties related to this role. Responsibilities include system enhancements, reliability improvements, global upgrades, and collaboration with leadership to ensure on‑time delivery of features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Software engineering/development experience.
• Proficient with Java, Python, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect system enhancements and expansions using model‑based design principles.
• Incorporate reliability, availability, and maintainability concepts into designs.
• Plan and support global system upgrades to maximize uptime.
• Collaborate with program leadership to prioritize work and schedule delivery.
• Work within a team to develop software that supports Entry sites worldwide.
• Develop and optimize software development processes to maximize mission success.
• Rapidly troubleshoot and correct software discrepancies to maximize system availability.
