Job summary

Applied Network Solutions, Inc. (ANS) is seeking engineers with strong CS foundations to design, implement, and secure complex software across platforms in a high-security environment.

The role requires experience in Linux, software development across multiple languages, and exposure to containerization and IaC tools. Public sector or defense-aligned experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth and impact in national security initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance and Polygraph is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS with 5+ years of relevant experience, or higher degrees with related experience.
• Degree must be in CS or related field with core CS coursework.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software across hardware platforms.
• Work on endpoints, malware exploitation activities and large software projects.
• Use Linux systems, manage security and develop tooling with Python, Rust, Java, C, C++.
