TENICA is seeking a Software Expert – TS/SCI CI Poly in Chantilly, VA. The role focuses on software engineering across development, integration, modernization, and sustainment of mission-critical systems, with emphasis on scalable, resilient architectures.

The candidate will evaluate architectures, support CI/CD practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise objectives. Active TS/SCI with CI poly is required.

Formación

• Experience supporting software engineering, software architecture, application integration, or enterprise software development activities.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies, software configuration management, and technical baseline management.
• Understanding of modern software engineering concepts including microservices, APIs, distributed applications, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience supporting software requirements development, technical documentation, and application design assessments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevSecOps, automated testing, and software development pipelines.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, software developers, technical leadership, and government stakeholders.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

Responsabilidades

• Provide software engineering expertise for development, integration, modernization, and sustainment of complex enterprise applications and mission-critical software capabilities.
• Evaluate software architectures, development practices, technical frameworks, and application designs to align with mission requirements.
• Provide recommendations for software modernization, integration, and scalable, interoperable software solutions.
• Support development, review, and refinement of software requirements, technical specs, and interface definitions.
• Analyze capabilities to identify dependencies, performance limitations, and integration challenges.
• Support integration of data-centric applications, distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and enterprise services.
• Evaluate solutions across on-premises, hybrid cloud, and multi-cloud environments for interoperability and resilience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess capabilities and resolve technical challenges.
• Review development plans, designs, test procedures, and defect remediation for successful deployment.
