Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to develop order-management tools used by traders across equities, futures and crypto. This on-site role in the Philadelphia area requires 3+ years in C# or Java and full-stack experience to build UI and back-end services.

You will collaborate with front-office teams on rapid iterations, visualize real-time market data, and support production trading tools in a fast-paced environment.

Software Engineer – Trader Order Management Tools (C# or Java)

Location: Philadelphia, PA area (on-site)

Client: Leading proprietary trading firm

Build the order-management and manual trading tools that traders use live across equities, futures and crypto at a leading proprietary trading firm. It's fast-paced and close to the desk, and ambition and how quickly you ramp up matter as much as your resume.

What you'll do

• Build full-stack (UI + back-end) order-management and manual trading applications


• Help traders visualize and act on real-time market data


• Work closely with front-office trading groups on rapid iterations


• Support and improve production trading tools

What you bring

• 3+ years of professional development in C# or Java (more experience welcome)


• Full-stack experience: UI and back-end services


• Nice to have: C++, SQL, Python


• Plus: equities, futures, crypto or trading-desk experience

Work model: On-site 5 days/week (Philadelphia Main Line suburb), with an annual WFH day bank.
