Salary Range: $100,000-$250,000 base plus equity.

Our client is building and deploying solutions for urgent challenges in airspace defense, target tracking and sensor fusion. They are hiring experienced engineers to join the team. The technology you build will be deployed to the world's most important institutions to solve critical real-world problems. In this role, you will:

• Develop software solutions to problems in multi-target tracking, sensor/data fusion, distributed consensus, and related challenges

• Make key decisions about algorithms and architecture.

• Build state-of-the-art solutions by combining engineering excellence, academic techniques, and personal ingenuity.

• Rapidly iterate to adapt solutions to new needs and continuous deployment

• Collaborate with engineers across the company to design, build, deploy, and support your software.

Candidate requirements:

• 1+ years of experience * Masters + 1yr Minimum - or 3 yrs + in lead/research role in relevant company- (Doctorate even better)

• You will be jumping in the deep end without someone telling you exactly what solutions to pursue. You need to have the background knowledge and independent experience to thrive in that environment.
  

• Great problem solving skills with the ability to navigate complex systems.

• Background/Expertise in the subfield of “Multi-Target Tracking” / “Sensor Fusion" / "Distributed Consensus"

• Strong coding skills with demonstrated proficiency in programming languages, such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages.

Nice-to-haves:

• Security Clearance is a value add, but not a requirement.
