Job summary

Baxter is seeking a dedicated R&D Engineer in Skaneateles to design, develop, and maintain automated tests for our software. You will work across projects to implement robust test automation using Python, Java, or C#, and leverage frameworks like Selenium, Appium, or Playwright.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Experience with programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with test automation frameworks, such as Selenium or Appium.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Knowledge of test data management and test environment management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $76,000- $104,500 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
