**Required Skills:**

Software Engineer, Systems Responsibilities:

1. Design core, backend software components.

2. Code using primarily C/C++, Java, PHP and Hack.

3. Interface with other teams to incorporate their innovations and vice versa.

4. Conduct design and code reviews.

5. Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources.

6. Set direction and goals for the team regarding project impact, product quality and engineering efficiency.

7. Lead major initiatives, projects, teams, roll-outs and phased-releases.

8. Help onboard new team members, provide mentorship and enable successful ramp up on code bases.

$250,882/year to $290,180/year + bonus + equity + benefits
