Systems Intelligence is excited to uphold the Army Software Factory’s mission of enabling Soldiers to become software professionals. We are looking for Software Engineers to pair 1:1 with novice Soldiers, coaching them to learn by doing. The objective is for Software Engineer coaches to impart progressive expertise so soldiers can take full ownership of their projects and train others.
CONUS travel will be determined as needed.
Core hours are 8:45 A.M. to 5:15 P.M. Central Time, Monday through Friday, with eight hours per day, including a designated lunch window between 11:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M.
