Job description

PAY : $85-90 / hour. Our company offers our consultants a suite of benefits after a qualification period, including health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance.

This role involves spearheading the development of cutting-edge AI solutions and building pro-code agents.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI models and agents for the product organization.
2. Design, implement, and deploy state-of-the-art models, including LLMs and Generative AI frameworks (using both Python and Apex).
3. Perform model optimization for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
4. Implement advanced feature engineering techniques for structured and unstructured data.
5. Utilize common AI development frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and others to build and optimize AI applications.
6. Collaborate with business leaders to identify and solve high-value problems.
7. Deliver technical solutions that directly improve KPIs or business outcomes.
8. Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science to drive innovation within the team.
10. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering and AI development.

Requirements

1. 8+ years of experience.
2. Proficiency in Python and SFDC Apex Development Skills.
3. Experience in developing AI models.
