Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering or related fields.
• Master’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
• Experience supporting federal, defense, intelligence, or highly regulated environments is preferred.
• Expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, containers, and modern application platforms.
• Experience addressing cross-domain or cross-enclave interoperability challenges.
• Knowledge of zero trust architecture and secure enterprise application development.
• Relevant certifications in cloud technologies, software architecture, Agile, cybersecurity, or DevSecOps.

Position Overview

This role integrates third-party components, develops custom features, and modernizes legacy systems through code refactoring, automation, and DevOps process improvements. Working with lead architects, the engineer delivers high-performance applications supporting distributed data processing, computationally intensive statistical modeling, and advanced analytics pipelines while owning all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
