As a Software Engineer Sr within PNC's Technology - Retail Lending Core Servicing organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Miamisburg, OH, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location, with responsibilities requiring time in the office or in the field regularly. Some tasks may be performed remotely at the manager’s discretion.

As a Software Engineer Sr on our Retail Lending - Core Servicing team, you will mainly work in the monetary operations space, including responsibilities such as:

• Building software for monetary operations (payments, returns, payoffs, etc.)
• Facilitating troubleshooting and pipeline conversations
• Modernizing legacy applications
• Managing vulnerabilities
• Mentoring team members

PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Job Description

• Designs and develops software solutions using current and emerging technology platforms.
• Proposes and designs software to meet complex business needs.
• Writes, tests, and deploys code.
• Prepares technical and procedural documentation.
• Maintains and debugs software.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Application development, business management, customer solutions, and UX design skills.
• Knowledge of application delivery, design, architecture, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Typically, 3+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree; certifications are desirable but not required.

Additional Details

Salary range: $55,000 - $152,375. Salaries vary based on location, skills, and experience. This role is incentive eligible.
