Job summary

Spry Methods is seeking a Software Engineer to support a federal customer in Quantico, VA. The role focuses on designing and implementing test automation frameworks, creating automated scripts, and coordinating with teams to meet automation needs.

You will mentor junior testers, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and perform various testing types to ensure quality and on‑time releases. A TS clearance and solid experience in test automation are required.

Qualifications

• US citizenship with active Top Secret clearance.
• 8+ years of experience or equivalent certifications.
• Experience in software test automation.
• Leadership experience in a testing/QA role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Excellent understanding and experience of test automation frameworks, regression, system, functional and performance testing.
• Familiarity with Jira.
